My News Podcast was top notch quality. I think my boss should put it on air because I worked hard on it and it turned out well. It is also a good news topic to show on the air. I wouldn't mind doing this in the future because I kind of like doing it.

Sound Intro and Hearing Loss

Sound Travels in Waves. It is measured in Frequency and Amplitude. Sound travels better in oddly shaped rooms. Hearing loss is more common in young people than in old people. Hearing loss can lead to dementia. The Today show video made me think about my noise exposure.

Photoshop Examples

Replace a Face- First you take the picture you want to put your face on and import it into photoshop and make a copy of it. Then you import a photo of yourself and put it in between the two original pictures you have from earlier. After that you line up the noses of the pictures and erase the face of the original picture.

Spot Color- First you take out the color by desaturating it. Then you add another layer on top of the picture. After that you pick a color and take the paint brush and color over the parts you want to have color. Finally you take the eraser and clean up the edges.

Iphoto

What I learned about iPhoto was that is a fairly easy program to learn. It is basically common sense. Making a slideshow in iPhoto is as easy as importing pictures and choosing themes.

I amlearning about organizing and editing photos using iPhoto for our first unit in class. From the videos I watched I learned how to add photos onto iPhoto. I have also learned how to create albums  for the pictures and how to move pictures between albums.
